Ski Week Bliss!

ski access friendly staff amazing views

I loved that you can actually ski in and out even though its not advertised! The Belvedere run takes you right back. In the mornings, a quick right turn out of the hotel gets you straight to the quieter Vallandry lift. The hotel also has amazing views and the staff speak English and are friendly too!

The walk to the shops is downhill, great but the walk back up the hill is a good workout.

The rooms have ample space especially the family suites! Storage for clothes and luggage is plentiful and the beds are comfy. Drying clothes after a long day on the slopes is super easy too, such a useful feature.

Breakfast is great and the buffet is excellent! Dinner includes heavy cast iron casserole dishes filled with home cooked choices and they are hearty. Desserts are a treat with lots of selection and the special starters each evening are delicious.

The staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond in the restaurant and bar. Christophe really makes everyone happy during mealtimes and provides great service. The hotel makes you feel right at home.

amazing view helpful staff great experience cozy design

The staff proved really helpful fixing a car issue. my bike felt welcome here for mountain biking! my room had an amazing valley view it gave me such a great experience. i loved this modern hotel design. It's so cozy!

solid stay for skiers

ski access english speaking ski rental

i liked that the location allowed ski access. we used the belvedere run for returning to the hotel. staff all spoke english, so communication was easy. skiset ski hire in the hotel was also very helpful.

the hotel restaurant was a little disorganized during breakfast. food items ran out often, and it took quite a while to get replacements. this happened despite breakfast being open for a long time.

ski access convenient staff

the return ski access is via the belvedere run , a great convenience. the hotel's proximity to vallandry allows access to a quieter lift during busy times, so practical. the staff were helpful and proficient in english , they were always ready to assist. ski hire was easy, skiset operated within the hotel, very convenient.

i found limited food options available between breakfast and 3pm , it would have been more convenient to have something on site.
