The staff proved really helpful fixing a car issue. my bike felt welcome here for mountain biking! my room had an amazing valley view it gave me such a great experience. i loved this modern hotel design. It's so cozy!

i liked that the location allowed ski access. we used the belvedere run for returning to the hotel. staff all spoke english, so communication was easy. skiset ski hire in the hotel was also very helpful.
the hotel restaurant was a little disorganized during breakfast. food items ran out often, and it took quite a while to get replacements. this happened despite breakfast being open for a long time.

the front of house staff was very accommodating. christophe specifically ensured everyone was happy at mealtimes. water bottles were also a nice touch.

the pool and jacuzzi were amazing features. relaxing on the terrace after using those facilities was nice. i also liked the quiet atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel premises.

the return ski access is via the belvedere run , a great convenience. the staff were helpful and proficient in english , they were always ready to assist. ski hire was easy, skiset operated within the hotel, very convenient.
i found limited food options available between breakfast and 3pm , it would have been more convenient to have something on site.
